All new Desktop Computers, Computer Monitors, Notebook Computers, Desktop Printers, Desktop Fax Machines and Televisions sold in the Province of British Columbia will have a recycling fee added to the purchase price. Also new dropoff facilities will be created to allow electronics to be disposed of and recycled in an environmentally sound manner.</p>
<p>This program takes effect on August 1, 2007.</p>
